- 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- 75% payment is to be made for domestic/international packages 30 days before the departure date.
- 100% payment is to be made for international packages 20 days before the departure date.
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

If the tour is canceled for any reason, including visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the user, the applicable cancellation charges mentioned in the brochure or itinerary will be applied. If no specific information regarding cancellation charges is provided, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation made 45 days or more prior to departure: Booking fees
- Cancellation made between 44 and 31 days of departure: 40% of the tour cost
- Cancellation made between 30 and 20 days of departure: 75% of the tour cost
- Cancellation made within 19 days prior to the date of departure, or no-show for any reason: 100% of the tour cost
